Welcome to TrineDay’s Roundtable 27
COME WITH US INTO JFK’S VISION OF WORLD PEACE AND JUSTICE!
I am Bruce de Torres, moderating.
These Roundtables explore President Kennedy’s peace plan and the economics of Henry George, which create prosperity and economic justice wherever they are applied.
As Harry Truman said, “The only thing new in the world is the history that you don’t know.” And as Shakespeare’s Hamlet said, “There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.” And, as John F. Kennedy said, “Every man can make a difference, and every man should try.”
Today, authors Paul Fitzgerald and Elizabeth Gould will discuss something very important that happened on this date, February 14th, back in the 1970s, something that changed the course of world history, but most people have never heard of it.
Then Earth Rights Activist Alanna Hartsok will tell us how the original Earth Day will be celebrated next month on the Spring Equinox, on March 19.
But first, to tell us more about today’s date, February 14th, a man who has published over 180 books over the past 20 years – books that challenge official history – our host, Kris Millegan.
