TrineDay’s Roundtable 19, Part 2, "Let’s Make King Charles the Henry George of the 21st Century!" Now on YouTube
This is a discussion of the “OPEN LETTER” to King Charles by Earth Rights visionary Alanna Hartzok and the World Peace Proposal by Paul Fitzgerald and Elizabeth Gould. (Read both at Valediction.net/world-peace.)
The video by Billy Carson, "What Your DNA Actually Does Is Mind Blowing," is also presented.
Henry George was the most popular speaker in America, after Mark Twain, in the 1800s. He was an economist who taught how the Earth belongs to everyone, how we should be taxed on our unearned income – not our wages and salaries – and how the land should be taxed – not the homes and improvements we build on it.
Where his ideas are used, prosperity is unleashed. (“The only thing new in the world is the history you don’t know.” -President Harry S. Truman)
Everyone deserves to know and work for these ideas (no matter what King Charles does). (We have zero expectation that Charles will notice or care about these Roundtables. He is a drum to bang to promote these discussions and these ideas.)
“We can become the mainstream.” -R. A. “Kris” Millegan, TrineDay Publisher
“I think this project has three parts: the land value taxation. The second is what Liz just described: the narrative, because the story we tell ourselves is the life we’ll create for ourselves. And the third is the mystical [or spiritual] nature of reality. Do thoughts become things? Those are the three parts [that make these Roundtables] infinitely fertile [in my opinion].” -Bruce de Torres
