For causing Iran and other countries to suffer, perhaps we're degenerating per Karma or universal justice. We can cherish and preach "Love thy neighbor as thyself," and should.
But, watching our destruction, for all we work to save ourselves, perhaps we should also say, "Let it be." Let things run their course. The ultimate courage, perhaps, is to trust that, cosmically, all is well, and all shall always be well.
What we do to one, we do to all, including ourselves, for all are one.
On the other hand, we're being eroded by the same forces that have undermined and attacked innocent countries, the forces that took over our government, because we succumbed to too many distractions and didn't critically think enough. We didn't challenge and inspire our friends and family to critically think enough.
Had we, perhaps we would have put up a greater fight when corruption caused our representatives to work for corrupters instead of working for us. We didn't prosecute our representatives when they harmed other countries. Now our representatives allow us to be harmed.
We are the remedy, waiting for ourselves to discuss these things without ceasing, until enough of us work to flush the corruption out of our systems and make our representatives work for our prosperity, our health, our freedom, and our justice, and make them play nice with the rest of the world.
Thank you, History Revealed, for posting this picture, which catalyzed me to say all this.
Nothing happens until something is disrupted.
